REGISTRATION FEES
All delegates must register to the congress. Registration fees are as follows:

The full registration and young registration fees include:
- entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, posters sessions and exhibition
- possibility to submit abstracts
- flash drive with all congress information
- abstracts book
- certificate of attendance
- packet lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; coffee and tea service during intermissions
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Sunday, 19 May)
- Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 23 May)
- Milano public transportation ticket valid from 19 May to 23 May
The day registration fee includes, for the day of registration only:
- entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, posters sessions and exhibition
- USB with all congress information
- abstract book
- certificate of attendance
- packet lunch; coffee and tea service during intermissions
The accompanying person fee includes:
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Sunday, 19 May)
- Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 23 May)
- Milano public transportation ticket valid from 19 May to 23 May
REMITTANCE
Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer through the on-line system available.
When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent by fax (+39 02 6686699).
Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.
On-site registrations must be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.
The Organising Secretariat will send registration confirmation upon receipt of payment, via e-mail.
Be sure your e-mail address is filled in correctly.
Because only those registered will be admitted to the congress, the Organising Secretariat kindly requests that participants show proof of payment when checking in at the registration desk.
PERSONAL INVITATION FOR VISA PURPOSES
To facilitate congress attendance a personal invitation can be sent on request. This invitation does not exempt the recipent from registering and paying the proper congress fee.
Please inform the Congress Secretariat (valentina@milan2013.org) if you need a personal invitation letter.
CURRENCY
Registration fees and charges for all events related to the EuroMedLab Milano 2013 Congress as well as
hotel cost must be paid in Euro.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellations must be sent in writing to valentina@milan2013.org.
The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 31 March 2013.
Until 30 April 2013 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted. After 30 April 2013 no refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be provided in Euro after the congress.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS
The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change the dates without notice, in case of “force majeure”.
Neither MZ Congressi nor the Congress Organising Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.
